HI! Hope you're on the mend from the kidney stone(s?). I've never had them, but as a nurse I took care of folk afflicted with them. Nasty things. More painful than..most anything, even labor maybe. Does excess vit D really contribute? How much/day were you taking?

2000 IU a day of vitamin D.
