The Price

A friend sent me a video graph yesterday that showed the death rate from coronavirus as it rose in countries throughout the world, and then was suddenly and swiftly overtaken by that in America. And this did not have to be so. It should not have been so. It has happened as a direct result of our president's attempt to minimize and ignore the threat until it got a solid foothold in the country. And the price of this is terribly high. It has been terribly high ever since the unwise election of this president, destructive bit by bit, but now the full price is being exacted.

First, the World Health Organization or WHO was stating in early January on behalf of China that there was no known person to person transmission. Then as late as January 29, WHO stated there was no reason to restrict international travel. Trump restricted travel from China anyway, only to be called a racist by the far left in our country. Thank goodness he did, or the numbers would be far worse. China is grossly underestimating their numbers. Common sense. The U.S. and the rest of the world are being truthful about numbers. It’s as simple as that. Let’s set that straight.

Anonymous--In fact, thousands came into the US from China after Trump's so-called restriction because he had put in so many exceptions that it made the restrictions meaningless. Moreover, studies have now determined that most American cases of Covid came from Europe, not China. Whether or not China is underestimating numbers, the US infection and death rate now far surpasses every country in the world.

Anonymous do your research. When people came flying back to the U.S.From Europe and spread out across America, bingo we have a problem!
